Jaume Garcia i Urpí (Sant Feliu de Llobregat, 1954) The author is President of the Catalan association Friends of the Roses in Sant Feliu de Llobregat and a member of the Spanish Rose Association. He has served as Director of the National Rose Exhibition and Head of Culture for the City of Roses program in Sant Feliu until his retirement. |
